Shipping policy

GYUPPIIMART normally ships via USPS, average 5-7 business days (domestic) to deliver after we ship it out and is dropped off at the post office. We are locally operated in Glendale, AZ so shipping times may vary depending on your domestic location from AZ.

 

How can I track my order?

If tracking is provided for your order (generally orders higher than $10 and non flat items) you should receive an email that was used to place your order with tracking information and any status updates of your order. It may take up to 24 hours for USPS website to update any information on the tracking number. Please allow time after package has been received by the post office after processing.

Once I place an order, when does it ship out?

GYUPPIIMART normally ships all orders within 1-2 weeks. We have general shipping days Tuesdays and Fridays. (Life happens and sometimes we have conventions or events so delays can occur but we make it our priority to get your order out within that timeframe!)

I wrote the wrong shipping address / I am moving or need to change address on my order?

Please send an email to gyuppiifish@gmail.com with the following included in your message:

1. Address correction + 'Order #'

2. First and Last name

3. Email used for confirmation

4. Corrected Address

There is a 24 hour window (unless it is a pre-order item) in which you may be able to make a correction, we sometimes might operate and ship your order sooner so please don't hesitate to reach out for any mistakes.

Do you charge for VAT, import taxes, etc?

No, customer may have to pay for any importfees, VAT, depending on your country. Please use our ETSY storefront which handles VAT and import taxes for EU/UK/Non-EU customers.

Help I haven't received my order?

If you do not receive a tracking information or email within 14 business days (as we have a timeframe of 2 weeks to ship out your order) please contact us at gyuppiifish@gmail.com. With your order confirmation number. This does not apply to PRE-ORDER ITEMS.

By Pre-ordering items, you agree to the confirmation of upfront payment and timeframe specified in the pre-order which can take several months. You agree that you will not receive a tracking number UNTIL pre-order items have arrived at my address and have been successfully inspected and processed before heading to your address which then we will provide a tracking number.
