Refund policy

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No, if your order has not arrived after it has been received by the post office after 30 days (US domestic) or 45 days (international) please contact our help form with your order number and we may issue you a refund or replacement. We only issue (1) replacement, if that item does not reach it's destination address once more unfortunately we cannot send a future replacement.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We accept changes or cancellations if the order has not been shipped yet or no tracking number has been created yet. Please reach out to our help contact form with your order number within 24 hours of purchase.
